To comply with JACRA licensing requirements, we will include the Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee seal of authentication and "Distributed By Lothian Coffee Inc." on the packaging. Additionally, our JACRA Trademark Licensee Number will be displayed to verify the authenticity of the coffee.
The Jamaica Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (JACRA) oversees the regulation and standardization of Jamaica’s coffee industry, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. All "Jamaica Blue Mountain®" trademark users must secure a User Licence Agreement from Coffee Marks Limited, a subsidiary of JACRA. To maintain the premium standard of Jamaica Blue Mountain® coffee, JACRA enforces a rigorous certification process that includes strict regulations and multiple quality control measures, ensuring both authenticity and superior quality.
